10 months!

10 months!  What a 10 months its been.  We've had our first cold, fever, ear infection, and antibiotic.  But we're on our way to being all better.

You're crawling!  You mostly do this crawl scoot hybrid to get around so it's easier to sit back down when you get to your destination.  The funniest thing it when you have something you want to keep, but you want to move around.  You put whatever it is in your mouth and then start crawling.

You're wanting to walk so bad!  You pull up in your crib and walk around.  You pull up on the coffee table and couch and walk around.  You try to pull up on the dining room table and chairs.  Sometimes, you just try to stand up in the middle of the living room floor with nothing to hold on to.  We can't wait to see you actually do it.  You're so close.

When you pull up in your crib and are tired of walking around, you tend to bounce.  You love to bounce.  Whether in your jumparoo, in your crib, or in Mommy or Daddy's arms.  You even try to bounce/jump when you're standing on the floor.

Four teeth!  Yes, you now have your top two teeth.

You know the word clap very well.  All Mommy and Daddy have to do it say it and you start clapping.  We'll sing and you try to clap along to the beat.  You also like to throw your hands above your head and "talk".  Of course, you want Mommy and Daddy to do it too.  That game will keep you entertained for awhile.

You love to "talk".  There are a few words you'll say but you don't really understand that you're saying a word.  You like to say what sounds like baby.  We think it's because the big kids at the YMCA and at church like to say baby when they see you.  You still only say mama when you're really upset and you try to say dada but it doesn't quite come out correctly yet.  What's the greatest thing is when you open one of your books and start to flip the pages and "read".

Your night time sleep schedule is still off.  Hopefully, once you are completely over your cold and ear infection you'll be back to normal.  During the day, you sometimes take one nap instead of two.  If you don't get to nap until 11:30 or Noon, you tend to sleep two hours and that's it.  You're up to play until it's bedtime.

It's so much fun to watch you grow!  What are you going to do next month?  :)
