Fun in the everyday

Emerson and I have been a little under the weather for the past week or so.  Since today he made a visit to Grams and Pop's house, I thought I'd post a few random photos from past couple of weeks.

Such a big boy at the game

We were having fun I promise!

He thinks he's bigger than he really is

Our favorite place

We make friends everywhere

Training to help for Papaw & Pop

Making more friends & music

Our favorite truck

Making Mommy proud

Pop can play with my trucks!

...As long as he read to me too

...and takes me for a walk

Aunt Reagan can come along too

My chair!!

Looking through my pictures & finding Grams

What's Daddy got in here...

Mommy get off that table ...or get me up there too!

Pool is no fun if you're inside it

Mommy's sunglasses work fine

Help me and stop taking pictures!

Time for a picnic!

Mother's Morning Out's last class was today.  Much fun was had since we had a early lunch with all our friends and their families!  It's sad to see this time since all the kids have such a blast together and they adore their teachers, but most of them will see each other on Sundays still.  Even though Bryant had a meeting and wasn't able to join us, we still had a blast playing with all our friends.  And we get to see Ms Betty again this Saturday!  The ladies at HMMO are so wonderful and loving.  They treat all the kids as if they are their own (in praise and discipline-the true meaning thereof-) and that is all we can ask for.

Ms Paula giving the kids a ride in the buggy

We love Ms Paula!

We like to do things the hard way
sometimes

Ms Patrica Cole.  She and E started in the 6 month olds class
together and will go all the way through together.  Some say
they could pass for siblings...

Our wonderful Ms Karen and Mr Cole

We really love Ms Paula I promise!

We're just too tired

Our favorite Ms Betty! Favorite person in the world!

Visits from the North

On Monday we had a few visitors!  Granny, Mamaw Terry, and Aunt Stacy came down and brought Adam and April with them!  Adam is Stacy's youngest and April is his girlfriend.  Emerson and I took a trip to the park that morning while they made their way down.  Once they arrived, Bryant met us at Cock of the Walk for lunch.  It was fun to have them over and just to hang out and play!  I completely forgot to take pictures at first and then messed up the settings on some of them!  Here's a look at what we did capture!

Stacy's two boys gave her lots of practice!

Mother's Day

On Saturday after our Impact yard sale (Sunday School class), we discovered Emerson was running a 103° fever.  Needless to say the rest of our Saturday was spent trying to get the fever down and deciding weather or not to call the doctor.  On Sunday, Emerson still had a fever but it was steadily dropping.  Mother's Day with a sick child when you have no idea what's causing them to be sick is so not fun.  But we did get to have a little lunch outing at McAllister's Deli since E felt better than that morning.

We may not have been feeling well
but we were still ready to play!

Mommy move your skates!

Our new favorite place to play.  Mommy & Daddy's comforter

Mother's Day take 2 (just before nap time)
We realized that we forgot to take Emerson's 17 month picture a few days ago.  So we took one on Sunday! :)  We weren't very cooperative with pictures but at least we got a few!
